SRERD celebrates 54th Eid Al Etihad

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department celebrated the 54th UAE Eid Al Etihad in an atmosphere of pride and joy, with widespread participation from the department's employees. The celebration, held at the department's headquarters in Sharjah, featured a diverse program combining folk arts, heritage performances, and patriotic segments that celebrated the Union's journey and its ongoing achievements.

Attendance and engagement

The event was attended by Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Department, department heads and employees, as well as representatives from development companies and real estate offices operating in the emirate.

Spirit of the Union

The festivities began at 9:00 AM with a march in which directors and employees participated, followed by the playing of the national anthem and a recitation from the Holy Quran. The military band then performed a selection of national songs, adding a distinctive festive atmosphere to the event.

Students from Sheikha Meera bint Mohammed Al Suwaidi School presented a national artistic performance, and the department hosted a specialist to discuss the art of preparing Emirati coffee, considered a fundamental symbol of hospitality and heritage.

The event featured a traditional Emirati dance performance, "Al Ayala," which was well-received by the audience. The program concluded with a series of recreational competitions and a group tour of the event site to foster camaraderie among employees.

Renewing commitment

On this occasion, Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department, affirmed that this year's celebration serves to renew feelings of pride and gratitude for the remarkable achievements of the UAE under its wise leadership, which has placed human beings at the forefront of its priorities.
