Sharjah 24: The “Irth and Trainer 2025” Forum will be held in the Emirate of Sharjah on Friday, December 19, 2025, with the participation of a group of experts in the training, education, and human development sectors. The forum aims to highlight Sharjah’s role as a hub for leadership in training and education, and as a regional centre supporting innovation and knowledge creation.
Showcasing inspiring experiences

The forum aims to launch a new training framework that keeps pace with the changing times while preserving Arab cultural identity. It will also showcase the inspiring experiences of participating speakers from diverse training fields, including leadership, soft skills, future education, technical training, and entrepreneurship.

Furthermore, the forum seeks to enhance communication and build professional networks among trainers, researchers, training providers, and academic institutions. This will contribute to creating an effective collaborative environment, exchanging expertise, and generating new opportunities in the local and regional training market.

The forum will include panel discussions, specialised workshops, presentations of the latest training programmes, and the honouring of a number of inspiring figures in the field of training and education.

Shaping the future of training in the Arab world

Younis Hassan Ali Al Hosani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Irth Foundation for Training and Educational Consulting – the organiser of the forum – stated that holding this event in Sharjah stems from a clear vision to enhance the emirate's position as a leading Arab destination in supporting quality education, developing human resources, and empowering Arab trainers to compete globally.

He added: “The Irth and Trainer 2025” Forum  represents a pivotal step towards shaping the future of training in the Arab world, through modern methodologies that respect societal values and rely on technology and successful international experiences. We are confident that this event will be a platform for launching new partnerships and initiatives that support sustainable development in the training sector.”
