Judicial Department discusses institutional development goals

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Judicial Department held the first meeting of its Higher Committee for Coordination and Executive Follow-up to discuss several strategic and developmental issues related to the judicial and administrative work system.

The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Head of the Sharjah Judicial Department, and attended by His Excellency Judge Ahmed Al Mulla, President of the Court of Cassation; Her Excellency Dr Salama Al Ketbi, Head of the Inquisition Courts; His Excellency Judge Dr Saeed Ali Bahbouh, President of the Courts of Appeal; His Excellency Judge Dr Omar Al Ghoul, President of the Courts of First Instance; Sheikh Faisal Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council; and a number of judges, directors of general departments, and department heads.

The meeting addressed the government communication vision within the Sharjah Judicial Department, the department's participation in excellence awards, and reviewed the digital transformation system and institutional development projects. It also discussed the trust system and plans related to improving service efficiency and enhancing the quality of institutional performance.

Expediting procedures and developing solutions

His Excellency Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi stressed the importance of working as an integrated system to expedite procedures and develop solutions to challenges in record time periods, which enhances the efficiency of institutional performance and supports the objectives of development and digital transformation in the Department of Justice, pointing out the importance of integration between departments and unifying efforts in a way that contributes to developing the judicial and administrative work system and improving the quality of services in accordance with the best institutional practices.
