Successfully completing the audit and maintaining the certification is an international recognition of the effectiveness of the Department’s human resources system. Dr Ahmed Ali Al Ali, Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance Department at SEDD, stated that maintaining ISO certification for the second year reflects the maturity of the Department’s HR policies and practices. He added that it demonstrates leadership’s commitment to employee engagement as a key pillar of institutional excellence. He also noted that the Department continues to develop its HR system in line with international standards and the Government of Sharjah’s strategic directions, while reinforcing a culture of innovation and participation in the workplace.
