SDHR organises an open recruitment day with Alef Group

During the open day, registered jobseekers were shortlisted to attend on-the-spot interviews with Alef Group for positions under the government’s Nafis programme. The initiative targeted Emirati graduates holding bachelor’s degrees in key specialisations, including business administration, accounting, finance, mass communication, civil engineering, and graphic design.

Participants were briefed on job requirements and career paths, helping them identify roles best suited to their qualifications and aspirations.
