SDHR organises Job Fair in collaboration with Majid Al Futtaim

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) organised an open day for job interviews in collaboration with Majid Al Futtaim Group, and in coordination with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFIS). The event was held at the Sharjah Cultural Palace.

Job interviews were conducted to shortlist Emirati job seekers with a high school diploma or lower for vacancies in sales and customer service across various sectors of the Al Futtaim Group companies participating in the government's NAFIS programme.

Fruitful day

The open day was attended by job seekers registered in SDHR electronic system. They were interviewed directly by representatives of the group to fill available vacancies, learn about the criteria and requirements for each position, and explore available career options to help them choose jobs that match their qualifications and interests.

For its part, SDHR continues its efforts to enhance opportunities for training and employing national cadres in the private sector, by expanding its partnerships with supporting institutions and companies at the state level.
