Sharjah Police, EPAA discuss enhancing cooperation

Sharjah24: His Excellency Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, held talks with Her Excellency Aisha Rashid Ali bin Dimas Al Suwaidi, Chairperson of the Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA), at the Sharjah Police headquarters to explore ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two sides in support of shared objectives and sustainable environmental development in the emirate.

Strengthening strategic partnerships

Major General bin Amer affirmed Sharjah Police’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with various entities to achieve integration and joint action, thereby enhancing environmental security in the emirate. He praised the Authority’s important role, in cooperation with relevant government bodies, in advancing environmental and community development efforts.

Commitment to continued collaboration

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed their aspiration to continue joint efforts and further enhance cooperation and coordination, given their positive impact on improving quality of life in the United Arab Emirates.

The meeting was attended by Omar Abdullah Al Ghazal Al Shamsi, Director General of the General Department of Operations and Security Support; Jaber Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Executive Office Department at Sharjah Police; and Abdulaziz Salem Al Suwaidi, Director of the Marine Sustainability Department at the Environment and Protected Areas Authority.
