Sharjah24: Players from Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club delivered an outstanding performance at the Taekwondo Federation Cup for the Under-12 (Juniors) and Under-14 (Cadets) categories, held at Sharjah Individual Sports Club – Al Hazana. Their strong showing reflected the club’s continued development and technical progress in the sport.
The team secured one gold medal in the +37 kg category, as well as two silver medals in the 28 kg and -24 kg categories, confirming the players’ technical readiness and the structured work of the club’s taekwondo programme.
Abdullah Salem Khasouni Al Ketbi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, said that the results reflect the outcomes of sustained efforts in player development and ongoing support for individual sports. He noted that such participation helps nurture talent, raise competitive standards, and strengthen the club’s presence in federation competitions.
