The programme aims to highlight the importance of preserving the family structure and supporting its stability, while addressing the family challenges that couples may face. It seeks to equip spouses with the knowledge and skills needed to deal consciously with life changes and how to overcome them through constructive and positive approaches that improve the quality of married life.
The programme also focused on strengthening marital relationships through a series of lectures delivered by a select group of experienced trainers and specialists in family and social fields. This contributes to raising community awareness and improving the quality of family relationships built on mutual trust, considered a foundation for security and stability.
The five programme modules were delivered through an intensive interactive format that included many real-life stories and open discussions on the concepts of successful marital relationships. The sessions highlighted the key pillars that support family stability and help build a cohesive family capable of facing life’s challenges.
“He Is Safety… She Is Home” recorded notable public turnout and attendance across the various locations where it was presented. Participants engaged actively with the topics and learned supportive methods and practical advice that can be applied in their daily family lives.
The Lifetime Journey initiative will conclude the “He Is Safety… She Is Home” programme on February 11 this month, reaffirming the Sharjah Family Development’s continued commitment to delivering specialised, purpose-driven programmes that support families and strengthen their stability and cohesion.
