The programme was organised in cooperation with the Holy Quran Academy and the General Authority of Islamic Affairs & Endowments.
Jawaher said the second theme, “Honouring Parents,” builds on the success of the programme’s first phase, “Safe Digital Life Ambassadors.” She explained that the initiative aims to instil in children and young people the values of kindness, respect and care for parents and the elderly, turning these principles into daily behaviours.
She noted that the programme included more than 15 specialised activities designed to strengthen interaction between children and their families and to assess their understanding of values such as loyalty and gratitude. Each participating ambassador received two accredited volunteer hours from the Sharjah Volunteer Centre for each completed activity, helping them build a strong volunteer record from an early age.
