SDH hands over 31 homes at Al Muhtadi Complex in Wadi Al Helo

Sharjah 24: Aisha Salem Al Qaidi, Director of the Eastern Region Department at the Sharjah Department of Housing (SDH), announced on Monday the completion and handover of 31 homes in Al Muhtadi Complex in the Wadi Al Helo area of Kalba City. This project was made possible through the support and patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, with the aim of providing dignified housing and enhancing family stability for citizens.

Enhancing housing stability for Emirati families

Aisha Salem Al Qaidi, Director of the Eastern Region Department at the SDH, revealed, on Monday, the completion and handover of 31 homes in the Al Muhtadi Complex in the Wadi Al Helo area of Kalba City, before the start of the holy month of Ramadan. This step reflects the leadership's commitment to enhancing housing stability for Emirati families.

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Al Qaidi expressed her appreciation for the continuous support provided by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, emphasising that His Highness's focus on providing dignified housing for families embodies a humanitarian vision that places the family at the forefront of development priorities.

The Director of the Eastern Region Department of the SDH explained that the handover of the homes took place amidst an atmosphere of joy and happiness among the beneficiary families, hoping that these homes would be the beginning of a stable and safe life, with work continuing to complete and hand over the rest of the residential complexes in the region.
