Kovanni secures 1-0 win for Bayer Leverkusen over Hamburg

The goal came in the 73rd minute from a pass by Algerian international Ibrahim Mazza, giving Leverkusen their 13th win of the season after recent setbacks, including a 0–1 loss at Union Berlin and a 1–1 draw with Mainz.

The victory strengthens Bayer Leverkusen’s position in sixth place with 43 points, three points behind third- and fourth-placed Hoffenheim and Stuttgart, who are in the Champions League qualification spots, and one point behind fifth-placed Leipzig.
