Al Hamriyah boosts inspections of food and beauty outlets for Eid

Targeting high-demand venues

The efforts aim to provide a healthy and safe environment for residents and visitors by increasing inspections of establishments that experience high demand during the festive period. Qualified municipal teams specialising in public health and food safety have been deployed to conduct thorough inspections and ensure compliance with all approved health and safety standards.

The campaigns cover restaurants, bakeries, sweet and nut shops, and other food-related establishments, as well as barbershops and beauty centres that attract significant patronage. The municipality will continue to carry out intensive inspections to guarantee adherence to public health and safety standards and protect consumers.

Eid preparations and public facilities

Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, noted that the municipality has completed preparations for Eid Al-Fitr, providing the necessary staff, equipment, and machinery to set up the Eid prayer area in Al Hamriyah and prepare parking facilities for worshippers. General cleaning operations and public health pest control around the prayer site have also been conducted.

Public parks have been prepared to welcome visitors during the holiday, offering facilities and services that allow families to enjoy safe and pleasant experiences.
