Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police, represented by the Security Media Department in cooperation with the Anti-Begging Committee, launched the "Begging is a Crime, Giving is a Responsibility" campaign, which will run until the end of Eid Al Fitr. The campaign aims to help the community understand the dangers of this phenomenon.

Sharjah Police works to curb negative phenomena, such as begging, especially during Ramadan.

Sharjah Police emphasized the importance of community members remaining vigilant and not falling prey to the tactics of beggars who exploit the public's compassion and desire to do good. They urged everyone to make sure their donations go through trusted charities and organizations approved by the government.

The Police asked the public to cooperate by reporting any incidents involving begging via 901.
