Sharjah24: The Abu Dhabi Media Office announced that the competent authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have dealt with a fire incident at the Habshan gas processing facility.
The authorities confirmed that the incident was caused by falling shrapnel following a successful interception by air defence systems, which led to several fires and resulted in minor injuries to two Emirati nationals and one Indian national.
Operations at the site have been temporarily suspended, and updates will be provided as they become available.
The authorities urged the public to obtain information from official sources only and to avoid spreading rumours or unverified information.
