Max Strouss added 24 points off the bench for the winners, contributing to their victory over the Raptors, who lacked inspiration at Rocket Arena in Cleveland.
Meanwhile, RJ Barrett led the Raptors with 24 points, while Scottie Barnes contributed 21, and Brandon Ingram and Jamal Shedd each scored 17.
