Sharjah24: Lens staged a remarkable comeback from three goals down to secure a thrilling 3–3 draw away to Brest in matchweek 31 of Ligue 1, but the result effectively ended their hopes of challenging Paris Saint-Germain for the title.


Brest dominate first half

 

Brest surged into a commanding 3–0 lead before half-time through goals from Daouda Guindo (7’), Lucas Tousart (24’), and Junior Dina Ebimbe (42’).

Lens mounted a strong comeback after the break, with goals from Florian Thauvin (60’), Abdallah Sima (64’), and Allan Saint-Maximin, who scored a dramaticequaliserdeep into stoppage time (90+4’).

Title race setback

The draw lifts Lens to 63 points, leaving them three points behind PSG, who face Angers on Saturday and could extend their lead to six points.
