Khalid Al Qasimi: New draft law to regulate drone use

His Excellency Sheikh Khalid stated that the draft law primarily aims to preserve airspace safety in the Emirate and enable companies and individuals to enter the field of drone use, whether for service provision or for the manufacturing and testing of drones in the Emirate of Sharjah.

In statements to Sharjah 24, the Chairman of the Sharjah Civil Aviation Department added that the discussion of the draft law articles with members of the Sharjah Consultative Council enriched the legislation and contributed to strengthening and developing this sector in the Emirate of Sharjah.
