The campaign, organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau in Sharjah, previously visited Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Fujairah.
Al Kaabi explained that the sessions attracted broad interest across various segments of society seeking to better understand the media regulation law and media content standards.
He noted that participants demonstrated strong commitment to producing positive content aligned with the UAE’s policies and regulations and reflecting Emirati values and national identity.
His Excellency stated that the campaign covered 20 media content standards, which were explained in detail with practical examples to simplify concepts and improve public understanding.
Al Kaabi added that participants agreed on the importance of presenting the UAE’s story in a civilised and honourable manner, while avoiding any content that could harm national unity, social cohesion or cultural heritage.
He expressed his satisfaction with the positive interaction observed throughout the session.
