Sharjah24: During the 2nd open day event at Al Dhaid University, Dr. Aisha Bushlaibi, the university director, kicked off the activities aimed at familiarising high school students and their parents with the university's academic programs and scientific specialisations.
The event had the goal of providing a comprehensive overview of the admissions requirements and conditions for each program, highlighting the academic plans, and delving into the future job opportunities that await graduates.
According to Dr. Aisha Bushlaibi, the open day provided a valuable chance for potential students to gather information about the programs and the admissions requirements, with seeking the guidance from faculty members from various colleges and programs. This assistance would help them make informed decisions about their specialisation, taking into account their individual skills, interests, and future job market demands.
An exhibition was held during the open day, showcasing the participation of different university faculties. Every college set up dedicated booths to showcase their programs and answer any questions.
The event successfully drew the attention of over 300 students from various schools, as well as parents and local residents.
