Khalid Jasim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, emphasised that the festival strengthens Sharjah’s role as a hub for regional and international marine events while promoting tourism and economic activity in Khorfakkan.
Ismail Issa Al Hosani, Director of Al Sharqiya Channel from Kalba, confirmed live broadcasts of the festival, alongside special reports, allowing audiences to experience maritime performances, crafts, and cultural activities that celebrate Khorfakkan’s coastal charm.
Organisers highlight the festival’s focus on authenticity, openness, and sustainability, aiming to leave a lasting positive impression on visitors and participants.
