Sharjah24 - AFP: Canadian star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the NBA’s reigning Most Valuable Player, scored 29 points to lead defending champions Oklahoma City Thunder to their third consecutive victory, beating the visiting Miami Heat 124–112.

Strong All-round performance

Shai also recorded eight assists and five rebounds, strengthening Oklahoma City’s position as the best team in the league with a record of 33 wins and seven losses.

Thunder player Aaron Wiggins said: “We tightened our grip defensively. We pushed the pace on fast breaks and succeeded with our offensive rhythm.”
