This achievement comes as part of Mleiha Club’s strategy to support specialised sports, strengthen its presence across competitions, and reinforce its position as a key supporter of sporting talent in the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE.
The juniors’ team secured first place and the team gold medal following a strong performance by Khaled Ismail, Ghaith Ali Al Dosari and Abdulrahman Al Manai, confirming the team’s ability to compete at the highest levels.
The cadets’ team achieved third place and the team bronze medal through the efforts of Saif Yasser, Ali Al Manai and Omar Abdulbasit.
In individual events, Ghaith Ali Al Dosari won silver in the under-15 compound bow category, while Waleed Adam Omar claimed gold in the beginners’ recurve category, underlining the strength of the club’s age-group base.
Mleiha Club ended the third round with four gold medals, three bronze medals and one silver medal, confirming the excellence of its players and the quality of technical and administrative preparation.
Hamad Tamim Al Ketbi, Board Member and Head of Individual Sports, praised the results, describing them as the outcome of continuous work and sound planning. He said the achievement provides strong motivation to further develop players and prepare promising talents for upcoming competitions, noting the club’s commitment to individual sports as a pathway to producing champions and supporting national teams.
