The tournament kicked off on Friday, February 20, 2026, with two intense matches. Mleiha Municipality triumphed over Alwan Foundation in the opening match, while Al Bataeh Municipality overcame LMBC Foundation after a thrilling and closely contested game that went down to the wire.
On Saturday, February 21, 2026, the Civil Defense team continued its strong performance, defeating Al Madam Municipality. Meanwhile, the Mleiha Youth team delivered a remarkable offensive display, enabling them to overcome Mleiha Club in a match characterised by clear dominance throughout.
Mleiha Municipality and Civil Defense lead the scene
On Sunday, February 22, 2026, Mleiha Municipality continued its positive results, once again defeating Mleiha Club. Civil Defense, on the other hand, strengthened its position at the top of its group after defeating Al Bataeh Municipality in a hard-fought match that reflected the high level of competition.
The first three rounds resulted in Mleiha Municipality leading the standings in Group A, followed by Mleiha Youth. Mleiha Club and Alwan Foundation occupy the remaining positions. In Group B, Civil Defense leads, followed by Al Bataeh Municipality, then LMBC Foundation (Pearl of Al Madam), and finally Al Madam Municipality, leaving the competition wide open before the decisive rounds.

The tournament is scheduled to resume on Friday, February 27, 2026, with Alwan Foundation facing Nashaa Mleiha, and the second match pitting LMBC Foundation (Pearl of Al Madam) against Al Madam Municipality. The matches continue on Saturday with Mleiha Municipality playing Nashaa Mleiha, and Al Bataeh Municipality facing Al Madam Municipality. The group stage will conclude on Sunday, March 1, 2026, with Alwan Foundation taking on Mleiha Club, and LMBC Foundation facing Civil Defense in a highly anticipated match to determine the qualifiers for the next round.
