The programme is designed as a five-day development journey that combines strategic communication, advanced storytelling and executive presence. It aims to enable participants to craft clear leadership messages and to transform institutional ideas and priorities into impactful narratives that build trust, foster alignment and drive execution.
In this context, Abeer Al Khaja, Director of Corporate Communication at Sharjah Capability Development Development, said the programme reflects the institution’s approach to empowering leaders with effective influence tools. She noted that in today’s work environments, good communication alone is no longer sufficient, as leaders must be able to persuade, create meaning and move decisions into action. She added that the programme aims to develop a leadership voice that is aware and capable of using storytelling strategically to serve institutional goals and strengthen executive presence.
Al Khaja explained that the programme is designed to provide an in-depth, practical experience, enabling participants to craft clear leadership messages and deliver them confidently to various stakeholders, thereby positively impacting their professional performance and leadership roles. The programme is scheduled to run from 30 March to 2 April 2026 in Sharjah and targets participants aged 25 and above, with an intensive training approach focused on practical application and sustainable skill development.
Sharjah Capability Development invited those interested in developing their leadership skills to register via the programme’s dedicated link.
