Major General bin Amer said that the arrival of Ramadan carries profound spiritual and humanitarian values, reflecting the highest ideals of compassion, solidarity, and tolerance. He noted that the holy month offers an opportunity to reinforce the authentic principles on which UAE society is built and to strengthen social cohesion and national belonging.
He affirmed that the Sharjah Police will continue to mobilise all its capabilities and increase its readiness throughout Ramadan to enhance community safety and security. This includes implementing comprehensive security and traffic plans to ensure a safe environment that enables residents to perform their religious duties with ease and tranquillity.
He also called on members of the public to adhere to laws and regulations and to promote a culture of cooperation and social responsibility, reflecting Sharjah’s civilised image and reinforcing the pillars of safety, stability, and quality of life during the holy month.
