Al Naqbi confirmed that all municipal departments are fully prepared to deliver a distinctive Ramadan atmosphere, highlighting efforts to decorate Khorfakkan with designs that differ from previous years in both style and variety.
He explained in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the decorations covered major landmarks, including the waterfall area, the city entrance, and several roundabouts and central islands, creating a festive visual identity that reflects the spirit of the holy month.
Al Naqbi added that the municipality also intensified environmental efforts by disinfecting public spaces and parks and pruning trees. Public health teams stepped up inspection campaigns targeting food products, fish markets, and fruit and vegetable markets to ensure compliance with health regulations ahead of Ramadan.
