Sharjah24: Teams from Sharjah Civil Defence Authority have been out across the emirate as unstable weather continues, keeping a close watch on the situation and responding to incidents as they come in.

Close coordination

Officials stated they remain in constant contact with other authorities, monitoring developments as they happen so that action can be taken promptly. Crews have also been deployed more broadly, especially in areas expected to be affected.

Round-the-clock readiness

On the ground, response teams have remained on duty around the clock, using specialised equipment to deal with calls related to the weather and reach affected areas as quickly as possible.

Precautionary steps

Precautionary measures have already been put in place to limit potential damage and keep people out of harm’s way.

Public advice

Residents are being urged to take care, avoid flooded spots and stay away from valleys and areas where water can accumulate quickly.

Safety first

The authority said its teams remain ready to respond at any time, with public safety the main concern.
