Initiative announced at council headquarters

Moza Handhal, Head of the Cultural Committee at Al Furaish Suburb Council, announced the initiative on Sunday evening at the council headquarters. The programme aims to equip individuals with first aid skills and the ability to respond to emergencies at home.

First initiative of its kind in the Eastern Region

The initiative is the first of its kind in the Eastern Region and will continue for a full year, with the participation of residents from the suburb.

Training families in essential first aid skills

Moza Handhal explained to “Sharjah 24” that the initiative focuses on training one member from each family in basic first aid skills to deal with emergency situations at home, noting strong community turnout reflecting awareness of health and safety importance.
