Kalba Ladies Club discusses Essential Messages in cultural session

Sharjah 24: Safia Al Baroudi, official spokesperson for the Sharjah Ladies Club branches in the Eastern Region, revealed that the Sharjah Ladies Club Kalba branch organised, on Wednesday, a session titled “In the Presence of a Book” to discuss Essential Messages by the wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Family and Community Council.

Cultural and social objectives of the session

She explained that the session aimed to strengthen both the cultural and social aspects by hosting a select group of women from the community to discuss key messages and ideas presented in the book, as well as to exchange knowledge and experience in an interactive, dialogue-based setting.

Enriching discussion with expert participation

She added in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the meeting included discussion of the book’s chapters, with participation from Dr Maryam Bishk, Aisha Othman, and Moza Al Naqbi, whose cultural and academic backgrounds contributed to enriching the session.

Promoting cultural engagement among women

The official spokesperson affirmed that organising such initiatives forms part of the club’s efforts to enhance cultural and social activity, and to create interactive spaces that contribute to developing cultural awareness among women in the community.
