The programme, titled “Influential Leadership through Performing Arts,” is organised by Rubu’ Qarn Theatre and Performing Arts Centre, one of the specialised centres affiliated with the institution, and targets employees of Rubu’ Qarn institutions.
Sloum explained that the programme aims to develop participants’ professional capabilities while redefining leadership concepts in the performing arts sector. It focuses on cultivating leaders who can make sound decisions, foster collaborative work environments, and lead with a forward-looking vision.
He added that “Majal” adopts a modern, integrated approach, combining artistic practice with leadership development to help participants enhance teamwork skills and adapt to evolving creative and professional landscapes.
