Mleiha Municipality adopts new structure to enhance outcomes

In his speech, Musabih Saif Awad Al Ketbi, Director of Mleiha Municipality, affirmed that with pride and honor, we extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah; His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler, Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council; and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler, Deputy Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council, for approving the organizational structure of Mleiha Municipality, a strategic step towards establishing a firmmed institutional work system and improving performance levels and services.

The Director of Mleiha Municipality explained that adopting this organizational structure shows the vision of the Sharjah government and its ongoing commitment to developing government entities. This helps these entities meet modern administrative and organizational practices. It supports efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability in municipal work. Thanks to the cooperation and efforts of the Department of Municipal Affairs, the Department of Human Resources, and the Organizational Structures Committee, the municipality can move forward.

Al Ketbi noted that the achievement will help organize responsibilities and improve collaboration between the municipality’s departments, highlighting that it will enhance the quality of services provided to the community. He stressed that Mleiha Municipality will use the new structure to support ongoing development plans and serve the residents and visitors of Mleiha.
