During the event
Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police, represented by the General Department of Resources and Support Services, the Employee Happiness Branch, in cooperation with a number of its partners, organised a meeting at the headquarters of the Sharjah Education Council.
This came in the presence of a number of employee happiness coordinators in the various police departments of Sharjah Police, with the aim of discussing standards of work readiness for 2023.

During the meeting, First Lieutenant Salem Mohammed bin Ashour pointed out the Sharjah Police’s keenness to enhance the happiness and quality of life index in the work environment, and to achieve the greatest degree of job happiness, which is a top priority for the Emirate's police.

The First Lieutenant discussed the future of government work, touching on various topic including talents and job skills, institutional work environment, continuous learning and the future of the industry.

The First Lieutenant affirmed the continuation of the Sharjah Police to achieve more steps in achieving happiness and positivity, in compliance with the UAE's approach and the directives of the wise leadership.
