Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police General Command (SPGC) inaugurated a specialised vehicle license plate printing factory at the Al Ihsan Vehicle Inspection Center, located in Al Suyoh suburb (Al Mawrada 2). The inauguration was attended by Brigadier Dr Jassim bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Operations and Security Support, as well as Mr Abdullah Hussein, Deputy Head of Vehicle Services, and Mr Mohammed Al Dhafeeri, Director of Car Care Services, from the Al Ihsan Comprehensive Centre, along with a number of officers and officials. This initiative is part of the police's ongoing efforts to develop the traffic services system and make it more accessible to customers, thus meeting their needs.
Significant addition to the traffic services system

Brigadier Dr Jassim Mohammed bin Hadda noted that the factory represents a significant addition to the traffic services system and reflects the police leadership's commitment to bringing services closer to customers and providing them with high efficiency. This will contribute to streamlining procedures and enhancing customer satisfaction and happiness.

Improving the quality of services

Bin Hadda explained that the selection of Al Suyoh suburb as the location for the license plate printing centre was in response to the population growth and urban expansion the area is witnessing, and the accompanying increase in demand for traffic services. He pointed out that the location will contribute to providing direct and rapid service to residents of the area and neighbouring regions, reducing waiting times, expediting transactions, and minimizing the need to travel to other locations, thus enhancing customer convenience and improving the quality of their experience.

Bin Hadda added that the project is an extension of a series of development initiatives implemented by SPGC in the emirate's cities and regions, aimed at improving the quality of services, providing an integrated service environment that enhances customer satisfaction, and consolidating a comprehensive institutional work system.
