Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Capability Development (Tatweer) completed its much-anticipated Tatweer Forum, which drew over 223 guests, including well-known figures and leaders. Their participation enhanced the forum, transforming it into a wonderfully inspiring environment for young people seeking to attain their best potential.

Tatweer's projects and initiatives have benefited 747 people this year alone. This demonstrates that more and more individuals are interested in the Authority's work and its growing role in assisting and empowering young people in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Learning from a range of experiences

The forum featured numerous speeches and interactive workshops under the topic "For lasting impact—inspiring minds and shaping the future." Participants moved from one session to the next, each showcasing a different aspect of Tatweer's many programs that help young people develop their skills and talents.

Honouring success

Dr Abdulaziz Al Nouman, a member of the Rubu' Qarn's Board of Trustees, delivered the closing remarks. He acknowledged Tatweer's key partners for 2025, the fourth cohort of the Wathba programme, and Certified Mentor Program graduates for 2024 and 2025.

highlighting remarkable journeys

The forum also featured the documentary "Towards the Summits: The Elbrus Journey", which depicted the physical and mental challenges that participants faced as they attempted to reach the summit. The screening was one of the highlights of the event, and attendees will remember it for a long time.

Looking into Tatweer projects

Visitors looked into all of Tatweer's programs, including leadership development, mentoring, financial investment, and arts and literary tracks. The writers' area was popular since it featured books by Tatweer members and piqued people's interest.

People’s experiences

Hanan Al Yassi, who attended the forum, stated, "What I loved most about this event is how it combines learning with inspiring experiences." The variety of the events, particularly the authors' corner, demonstrates how well Tatweer is doing.

Creating a sustainable future

The director of Tatweer, Khalid Al Nakhai, stated, "We are proud of the large turnout and the excitement we saw." Today demonstrates how successfully our partners and young people collaborate, as well as their enthusiasm for making a difference. Our mission is to assist Sharjah and the UAE residents in developing long-term skills that will make the future more innovative and affluent. The various sessions and experiences demonstrate this.

The Tatweer Forum is still a place where people can chat, brainstorm new ideas, and develop. This is consistent with Sharjah's vision of establishing a society based on knowledge and creativity for generations to come
