Sharjah 24: Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah, an affiliate of the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, continues to offer a series of diverse virtual workshops from March 23 to 31, as part of its ongoing efforts to empower girls and develop their creative and cognitive skills through innovative interactive experiences.

As part of its focus on developing manual and artistic skills, Sajaya is offering the “Blooming Fingers” workshop, an interactive workshop that allows participants to express their creativity by creating various handicrafts using different materials and tools. This contributes to developing fine motor skills and fostering innovation, ultimately leading to the production of artworks with a personal and aesthetic character.

Creative workshops

Programmes also include the “World of Imagination” workshop titled “Secrets of Crime,” which offers an exciting experience inspired by the world of investigation and mystery through a series of interconnected virtual workshops. During the programme, participants embark on a journey that begins with understanding characters and analysing evidence, culminating in developing solutions and creating their own stories. This is achieved through interactive activities and exercises in critical thinking and narrative writing, enhancing their focus, observation, and imagination skills.

Interactive learning

In its commitment to fostering sustainability and creativity, Sajaya offers the "From Neglected to Inspired" workshop. This workshop introduces participants to methods of repurposing household materials and tools, transforming them into inspiring works of art. This contributes to instilling the concept of sustainability, developing creative thinking, and highlighting the value of simple ideas in producing distinctive and meaningful pieces.

These programmes are part of Sajaya's vision to provide an interactive learning environment that supports the development of girls' skills, aligns with their interests, and contributes to refining their abilities in various fields. This, in turn, strengthens their creative presence and prepares them for active participation in society.
