The festival aimed to showcase children's achievements in various fields and develop their physical, artistic, and linguistic skills through a comprehensive range of interactive workshops and creative activities in art, literature, theater, sports, and life skills. It also aimed to introduce the public to the role of Sharjah Children's Foundation in serving children and highlight the most important services and programs it offers.
The festival featured a wide array of creative and innovative workshops that showcased children's talents and abilities across various disciplines. In the Literature and Languages track, children presented outstanding work in the "Story of the Silent Wall" workshop, where they designed pages of a silent book displayed on a wall. This experience allowed them to transform their imaginations into innovative works of art. The "Fingerprint Story" workshop also stimulated their creativity by using their fingerprints to create artistic cards that reflected the beginnings of captivating stories.
In the Fine Arts and Life Skills track, children participated in a series of diverse workshops, including "Glowing Pieces," "Painting on Canvas Bags," and "String Puppetry." During these workshops, they learned how to transform threads and fabric into innovative artistic forms. A mini art exhibition was also held, showcasing over 65 artworks created by the children in the Arts track for 2025.
On the sports front, children enjoyed participating in various athletic challenges, including a jumping challenge, a Formula One football challenge, and a tug-of-war. The participating children showcased their talents in a series of captivating theatrical performances that delighted the audience. These included three plays: "Our Green Planet" by the Wadi Al Helou Children's Centre, "The Girl and the Butterflies" by the Al Dhaid Children's Centre and "Ports of Glory" by the Al Bataeh Children's Centre.
Local and community organisations also participated, offering a number of interactive workshops. These included workshops on making cloth bags, geometric patterns, and traditional coffee cup designs, as well as workshops on painting bags, pottery, and other interactive activities. In addition, there were sports demonstrations and activities, and introductory workshops on the art of falconry.
The festival dedicated a special corner to the "Green It" initiative, which aimed to promote awareness and sustainable behaviour among children and highlight the role of Sharjah Children as a leading institution in community awareness and empowerment. During this corner, children participated in agricultural activities and wrote environmental messages conveying the values of sustainability and hope, and encouraging the protection of the environment and natural resources.
The initiative included a series of workshops for visitors, "Add Your Plant" corner, an educational corner introducing local plants, wooden boxes containing potted plants, and environmental messages directed at the community, all of which were met with great enthusiasm from visitors and children.
It is worth noting that Sharjah Children organised the festival in cooperation with several sponsoring entities and collaborating government institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah, namely: Sharjah Municipality, Sharjah Women's Sports Foundation, Sharjah Museums Authority, Environment and Protected Areas Authority, Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club, Girls' Chess and Culture Club, Sharjah Falconry Club, Sharjah Classic Cars Club, and the Sharjah Institute for Heritage.
