Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police welcomed a delegation from "Sharjah Children" on a tour intended to increase children's knowledge and awareness of police tasks, as well as the value of positive interaction with others.

During the visit, the Operations Centre Department gave an instructive presentation to educate the youngsters on the role of a "future operations officer." They were also taught how to receive and manage reports professionally, in a way that was simple enough for their age range.

The visit also included a brief presentation of awareness stories emphasising proper ways to interact with others and instilling values of respect, cooperation, and responsibility.

The programme included a tour of the Little Police Officer Nursery, where the children learnt about the daily activities offered and the nursery’s role in instilling positive values and strengthening a sense of belonging. The visit helped reinforce a culture of security awareness among young people and provided them with the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into police work.

The visit reflects Sharjah Police’s commitment to supporting young generations and promoting all that improves children's awareness, safety, and security through a variety of interactive programs and educational initiatives that help to build an informed generation capable of understanding its role in society and upholding the values of responsibility and belonging.
