Tamer Hosny praises Sharjah’s support for music at Hala Bel Majaz

Sharjah24: Egyptian artist Tamer Hosny said he was pleased to take part in one of the evenings of the “Hala Bel Majaz” Festival, held on Saturday at Al Majaz Theatre, alongside Lebanese singer Maha Fattouni. He noted that Sharjah offers strong support for the arts in general, and singing in particular, by providing refined cultural platforms and distinctive experiences that enhance artists’ presence and enrich audience engagement.

In exclusive statements to Sharjah 24, Hosny said that since the early stages of his singing career, he has been keen to strike a balance between the tastes of long-time fans and new audiences. He explained that he aims to present works that preserve the spirit of song while keeping pace with modern rhythms and contemporary styles, describing this balance as the key to continuity and building a lasting relationship with audiences.

The Egyptian artist added that the “Hala Bel Majaz” Festival represents an important addition to Sharjah’s artistic scene, through attracting leading music stars and offering diverse evenings that cater to different tastes. He also praised the professional organisation and atmosphere that contributed to the success of the evening.
