Kalba club organises a gathering for club staff and members

Sharjah 24: As part of its efforts to enhance social interaction between the club's board of directors and staff, and in line with its strategy to provide a stimulating and attractive work environment, Kalba Sports and Cultural Club organised a friendly gathering for its employees and members in Hamda area.

The event was part of the club's “Year of the Family” initiative and a clear plan to balance work with social engagement, renew positive energy, and return to the field with renewed spirits and enthusiasm. The gathering aimed to solidify the sense of unity and create a special friendly atmosphere outside of work.

Diverse programmes

The evening featured cultural and sporting activities and recreational competitions, all imbued with a spirit of love and camaraderie among the club's staff. This created a joyful and enjoyable atmosphere, helping to break the work routine and alleviate the pressures of matches and competitions.

His Excellency Rashid Saeed bin Freish Al Kindi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, emphasised that such programmes contribute to strengthening relationships between the board and the club's employees and members in a friendly atmosphere outside of work. They also foster closer understanding between departments, away from the pressures of daily work.

His Excellency noted that these initiatives are part of the club's strategic plan, which includes dedicating an annual day to such programmes, allowing employees and members to recharge and return to their duties with high morale and positive energy.
