The Sharjah Book Authority’s office in the Eastern Region organised the cultural programme “Book Changed My Life” on Monday evening in Al Hafia, Kalba, featuring Dr Faika Al Ali, Dr Noura Al Karbi, and Tehany Hassan, with the discussion moderated by Mouza Al Kindi.
Mouza Hanadhel, Head of Programmes and Events at the Sharjah Book Authority in the Eastern Region, emphasised the pivotal role of books in changing perceptions and developing personal skills. The guests shared summaries of their experiences with books that left a lasting impact on their lives and how those works helped reshape many concepts in their thinking.
In statements to “Sharjah 24”, Mouza Hanadhel noted that the cultural programme is the first of the Authority’s events organised in the Eastern Region this year, adding that it enhances the value of knowledge, raises awareness of the importance of books, and promotes a culture of reading.
