Corporal Sheikha Salem Yousef secured an advanced ranking in the tenth batch of the diploma, which was conferred by Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The cohort included participants from 52 government and semi-government entities.
The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Faisal bin Nassar, Director General of the General Department of Community Protection and Prevention, and by Brigadier Abdullah Rashid Alai, Director of the Correctional and Punitive Institution.
Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer affirmed that investing in national cadres and enhancing their capabilities reflects the leadership’s vision to develop government work systems in line with global best practice. He highlighted the importance of digital empowerment, government services, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence in shaping the future.
He added that strengthening specialised knowledge is essential to improving institutional efficiency and reinforcing police organisations' leadership.
The Commander-in-Chief praised Corporal Sheikha Salem Yousef’s academic performance, noting that her achievement serves as an inspiring model of ambitious national talent capable of contributing to future-focused fields.
For her part, the honouree expressed deep appreciation to the Sharjah Police, noting that the recognition would motivate her to continue serving the nation and the police institution with dedication.
