Kalba claims bronze in handball juniors league

Sharjah24: The handball juniors team at Kalba Sports and Cultural Club was crowned with the bronze medal and secured third place in the handball league, following a well-deserved victory over Al Madam Club with a score of 63-50. The intense match took place, on Sunday, at the club’s sports hall, with the players demonstrating their rightful claim to the podium.

Recognition for outstanding performance

The award was presented in recognition of the team’s exceptional performance throughout the season, highlighting their fighting spirit and high-level technical skills, which reflected the considerable effort invested within the club.

Ceremony and celebrations

The awarding ceremony was attended by Saada Rashid Saeed Al-Kandari, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, and Abdul Salam Al-Muhairbi, General Secretary of the Federation, along with board members and the technical and administrative staff. The players were presented with their bronze medals amid a festive atmosphere that emphasised the significance of the achievement.

Rashid Saeed Al-Kandari praised the team’s commendable performance, valuing the efforts of both the technical and administrative staff.
