SP Supreme Command Council holds 1st meeting of 2026

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police (SP) held, on Thursday, the first meeting of the Permanent Supreme Command Council for 2026, chaired by His Excellency Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, with the attendance of council members, directors and their deputies, and a number of specialised officers.

The meeting addressed several topics aimed at enhancing security performance, including a review of the achievements of the General Directorate of Criminal Security and Ports for 2025, and the presentation of a number of new initiatives for 2026. This aligns with the SP’s methodology and commitment to monitoring developments in police work and strengthening strategic planning to achieve future objectives.

The Commander-in-Chief praised the efforts of directors-general, department directors and their deputies, and all personnel of the SP during the past year, noting their contribution to achieving SP’s strategic indicators. He encouraged them to continue doubling their efforts to achieve quality and institutional leadership in the policing system.
