Consultative Council discusses 6 recommendations for SRERD

Her Excellency Sheikha Al Dhanin Al Naqbi stated that the Council reviewed its recommendations for the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department as part of its legislative and oversight responsibilities during the 12th general session of the third regular session of the eleventh legislative term.

Al Naqbi added, in remarks to Sharjah 24, that the recommendations focus on supporting the real estate boom and the rapid increase in property transactions, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the emirate’s investment appeal.
