The championship was organised by the club with the support of the Sharjah Sports Council and under the supervision of the UAE Shooting Federation, attracting more than 200 participants from various segments of society competing in the rifle category.
Speaking to “Sharjah24”, Al Neyadi praised the high standard of the tournament and the strong participation seen in this year's edition, noting that the number of registered competitors in the community events exceeded 200, comprising local residents and Arab expatriates.
Al Neyadi expressed gratitude to the management and organising committee of Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club for their efforts in successfully hosting the championship and enhancing its standards over the years.
Participants competed across four categories: Junior shooters aged 14 and below, Youth aged 15 to 20, Men aged 21 to 50, and Seniors aged 50 and above.
At the end of the tournament, Al Neyadi honoured the winners alongside Salem Mohammed bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club, Rashid Abdullah bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Secretary of the club, and Malik Musabbah Abdullah Al Ketbi, a board member, recognising their achievements across different competition categories.
