Improving physical fitness and overall well-being
The initiative, which began on Tiesday at the Al Dhaid Club headquarters, aims to encourage adults and children to regularly engage in physical activity at suitable times before Iftar, contributing to improved physical fitness and overall well-being.
It also aims to utilise Ramadan for positive community activities that foster interaction and solidarity among community members. The initiative witnessed a remarkable turnout from participants of all ages, with a variety of sports activities offered to suit everyone, all within an enthusiastic atmosphere and excellent organisation.
