Eastern Region Police boost readiness after weather conditions

Colonel Saeed Khalfan Al Naqbi, Deputy Director of Eastern Region Police, confirmed that police have stepped up preparations across all departments in accordance with weather forecasts to ensure public safety and security.

He explained that preparedness has been reinforced by increasing manpower and deploying traffic and security patrols along main roads and crucial areas to handle rainy conditions and maintain smooth traffic flow.

Al Naqbi noted that the Eastern Region experienced heavy rainfall, which was managed efficiently and professionally thanks to pre-established plans and ongoing coordination with relevant authorities, with security conditions proceeding as planned.
