Asma Naseiri: 100 training hours in real estate diploma

Sharjah24: Dr Asma Naseiri, Director of the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah, confirmed that the professional diploma “Real Estate Regulation and Institutional Transformation Expert”, launched in partnership with Sharjah Municipality, comprises 100 training hours.

Comprehensive training programme

Naseiri explained that the diploma is designed to equip participants with advanced organisational skills in real estate regulation and institutional transformation. The programme also focuses on integrating artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the sector to improve institutional performance.

Building future-ready competencies

She noted that graduates of the programme will gain practical knowledge that enables them to understand and apply modern technologies within the real estate ecosystem, thereby improving efficiency and fostering innovation across organisations.

Strengthening institutional partnerships

Naseiri highlighted that the diploma reflects ongoing collaboration between the University of Sharjah and its partners across the UAE, emphasising Sharjah Municipality's role as a key strategic partner. She added that these partnerships support training, capacity building and the empowerment of national talent across various sectors.
