Sharjah24: Dibba Al Hisn Suburbs Council , organized an open meeting with the residents of Al-Muhallab neighborhood, Al-Saih neighborhood, and Dibba Al-Hisn Island.
This initiative comes as part of the council's efforts to enhance communication with the local community and listen to their needs and ideas.
The meeting was held at the council's headquarters and was attended by Suleiman bin Jamouh Al-Yahyai, the council Chairman , council members, and a group of residents and invitees.
The aim of the meeting was to activate a platform for direct interaction between the council and the community, thereby reinforcing the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for effective communication with families and the community in the city of Dibba Al-Hisn.
The meeting began with a welcoming speech from the council Chairman , Suleiman bin Jamouh Al-Yahyai, who expressed his appreciation for the attendees and the council's commitment to exchanging ideas and listening to residents' suggestions.
Al-Yahyai emphasized that the "Yalsetna" initiative reflects the council's commitment to responding to community needs and working towards sustainable development in various fields.
After the welcoming speech, several important topics were raised for discussion, including issues related to infrastructure, public services, and future projects in the area.Residents provided suggestions and comments, showing interest in developing certain facilities and enhancing the quality of services provided.
The meeting featured interactive discussions on how to improve the daily lives of residents in Dibba Al-Hisn and meet their needs and aspirations.The discussions highlighted the main concerns of residents and offered potential insights and solutions from council members. Future plans being worked on by the council were also discussed, as it serves as a link between citizens and government institutions, and ways to achieve shared goals that serve the community's interests. The meeting concluded with the council president emphasizing the importance of ongoing communication with residents and adopting their suggestions to improve the level of services and facilities in the city. He praised the cooperative and positive spirit shown by the attendees, affirming that the council will continue its efforts to enhance cooperation and meet community needs in line with the vision of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah.
